Terms of Service

01 · Service
clearance.market is a marketplace and directory for US import trade. It helps suppliers list catalogs, buyers post RFQs, and customs brokers participate in the clearance workflow.
02 · No transaction guarantee
We do not guarantee that any supplier, buyer, broker, quote, or shipment will result in a completed transaction. Users are responsible for their own diligence and commercial decisions.
03 · Listings and claims
Supplier and broker listings may be sourced from public or third-party data and may be incomplete. Claiming a listing represents that you are authorized to act for that company.
04 · RFQs and quotes
RFQs and quote responses are not binding purchase orders unless the parties separately agree. Landed-cost or compliance information is informational and may change.
05 · Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, scrape the service in bulk without permission, interfere with the platform, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.
06 · Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, clearance.market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
